There's nothing wrong with proposing to your man, I agree, if you're cool with it. I personally would never propose to a man- I am old-fashioned that way- but that's just me. IMO, if a man is eager to marry you, he will take the initiative to ask you. However, I have no problem with a woman who feels comfortable with proposing.
This isn't about women proposing though. This is more about Kim creating false rumors to stimulate Regie into proposing to her.
