Spacey deserves blame for being a self important ass who believes he is above the law and his needs are greater than all around him. The manager should be fired though for failing to enforce the law and for wrongful termination if the story we read here is indeed the full story.

Oh I agree - the manager was a star-whipped, kow-towing idiot who never should have fired the waiter, so 90% of the blame definately lies with him, but I can't help but feel that Spacey deserves some of the blame too.
Spacey also deserves a lot of blame, I'm sure a lot of celebs are self entitled jerks, but to the point of repeatedly lighting up?
