Page Six has recently been running a Keith O story every other day for the last several weeks, ever since Keith beat Bill O in the ratings in the time slot they compete in. They are on a smear Keith campaign. I'm not saying I don't think Keith couldn't be an asshole when push comes to shove, someone with his, uh, 'passion' probably does go nutty mental asshole over stupid stuff like we all do when put under pressure.

Page Six has another set of reasons to go after Keith with their ridiculous stories, the New York Post is owned by Rupert Murdock, Keith's old boss that fired him from Fox Sports. Keith takes the occasional shot at Rupert on his show and there is supposedly bad blood between the two of them for whatever happened when Keith was at Fox Sports.

Recent untrue Page Six stories have ran the gamut from Keith having troubles at work because he supposedly has Restless Leg Syndrome and was taking a drug that causes all sorts of side effects to allegations that he leaned on a few NYC tv stations to employ his live in twenty something girlfriend as a reporter. Now, in all this time Page Six has never once commented on the allegations that Bill O sexually harassed a coworker. There are no reports about loofahs and vibrators and none of the other MSNBC folks like Dan Abrams (who I prefer over Keith) or David Gregory have been pilloried like that.

I LOVE Keith. I never miss him. The main reason is because of what Grimm said, he takes on shit no one else will. He is not a newscaster and doesn't try to be unbiased. He has an agenda, so do I, so does Billo. You have to remember a lot of what they both say is bullshit. I try to listen to both sides, but I get sooo angry. Today, Rush said the reason for the high price of oil is because the democrats want it that way. I mean come on.....................

The Page Six story is a flat out lie... He road in a car to D.C., and only had Starbucks...there is no ketchup involved.

He's been hammering them on their FISA capitulation for days, tying that in with their general spinelessness over a number of issues.

You have to remember that this very columnist lied last week about some shit that went on at the Russert Memorial and Olbermann called her out on national tv. Add to that the fact that KO is beating Mr. Loofah of Murdoch owned Fox, you begin to get the picture as to why a Murdoch owned paper might be on a vendetta against him.
