I think if she'd just said that's what feminism means "to her," it wouldn't have been so ridiculous. She's wedded to the ditz act, don't think that will change. I expect she's not as dumb as she seems. I have a friend who talks like this and has a PhD (from a good school, and she deserved it).

Are people like Katie not educated, so self absorbed they don't see beyond themselves OR just not very intelligent? I really don't understand how she could be so ignorant. Maybe a combo of all three??

I really doubted it at first but now I think that the Strawberry Snort 'Em Blind Item was on the money and it was her partying/drug use while on tour that was the nail in the marital coffin. Brand takes his sobriety damn seriously and admits that it's a constant struggle so if he found out and she tried to act like it was no big deal and refused to quit it/got busted for it again then I can see him calling time on the relationship.

Sure. I think you misunderstood me slightly. The banging is a given but the help is not.
