One of her attorneys, Jeffrey Leving, a father's rights lawyer in Chicago, was just on the morning news claiming that when Bieber takes the DNA test it won't be court ordered so he can't have faith in the process (the lab, the transportation and testing), so how do we know JB won't buy the results? And, of course, he's taking this case because the poor little ho is being bullied and she deserves to be treated fairly by the judicial system and blah, blah, blah $.

The suit was quietly dismissed late last week. What's more, Mariah Yeater's lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, have quit her ... withdrawn from the case.

As we first reported, Justin not only planned to take a DNA test when he returned to the U.S., he was going to sue Yeater and her lawyers for making a bogus claim. And, as we reported, Justin's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, called the attorneys and informed them a suit was looming.

Apparently, they got the message.

THE woman who accused Justin Bieber of fathering her four-month-old son has dropped her paternity lawsuit.

Mariah Yeater, 20, had alleged she became pregnant with the singer’s child following a 30-second romp after one of his concerts in Los Angeles in October 2010 and although Justin – who vehemently denied the claims – had agreed to a paternity test, the suit was quietly withdrawn late last week, according to TMZ.com.

Mariah's lawyers Lance Rogers and Matt Pare have also stopped representing her after Justin's attorney Howard Weitzman warned Mariah they were planning to sue her and her legal representatives for making false claims.

Justin – who is dating Selena Gomez – previously revealed he was happy to take a DNA test to prove his innocence but insisted he would not "waste" his time meeting his accuser face-to-face because her fabricated claims were vindictive.

The 17-year-old pop star said: "All this stuff is dealt with by my legal team. But if they want me to (take a paternity test) then I will."

When asked what he would say to Mariah if he could meet her, he said: "Nothing, I wouldn't waste my time. I guess (she's done this) for attention, but it's not something I am interested in. These people are not worth my thought or time."

Yeater was so full of shit though, sticking it to the Bieber-psychos on Twitter that she'd be vindicated by the DNA test, that I was rather expecting the spawn to be Bieber's. I wonder if the threat of being sued by Bieber's lawyers made her back off, or merely his publically spoken refusal to talk to her or have anything to do with the crazy bitch.

Either way, poor baby deserves better than this whackjob whore of a mother. Save Trystyn (sp?)!
