Days before announcing their engagement, Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson and Josh Duhamel were already checking out locations for their nuptials. The Black-Eyed Peas singer and Transformers star spent Sunday afternoon touring a ranch outside Santa Barbara that is often rented for weddings.

The couple have been dating since 2004 and already share a $5 million love nest in L.A.


"We're practically married, anyway," she said in the January/February issue of Blender magazine. "I'm madly in love with him. He understands how to treat a woman and give me respect."

The Las Vegas star's rep told People.com : The #1 Celebrity Site on the Web that the couple got engaged “recently,” but that the proposal did not take place on Christmas.
