That death speculation has been going around for years...what with the opening scene where he plummets off of a building...

i think he's sooo hot. as don draper and as a pair of shorts with a dick outline.

i wish people would look at the opening credits of that show metaphorically. he's like falling thru all these temptations and problems. it's like shit's coming at him in all directions and all he can do is fall thru it. or something like that.

It would actually make a perfect, poetic sense to complete the series with the first image we saw: the faceless ad man plummeting to his death.

Damn. Now I'm kind of hoping that's what they do...

I forgot about the montage of all the times he says: "What?" Even after vomiting!

I've never seen it either because I don't have most cable channels and can't be arsed with TV series.
I'm well familiar with him though from various appearances, Bridesmaids etc. and he is the sex.
Apparently, we were both English majors at the same uni at the same time....but god knows if I had any classes with him. Anyone got a time machine?

I am cancelling cable after this season of Mad Men. Srsly. I can get by with PBS and the main networks since Mad Men will no longer be on the air. That's how good of a show it is, Sluce! LOL!

Yeah, I'm another one who hasn't seen it! I have a question tho - my ball & chain and I are almost done binge watching Breaking Bad and I don't think that Jon Hamm's hotness will be a compelling reason for him to want to watch MM. Is it more of a chick type show because of the Hot Hamm, or is it a guy show too?
    Is it Happy Hour yet?

There's lots of drinking and sex in it so your ball and chain will enjoy it.

Y'all should watch it, for sure! It's one of those shows I always follow with a comedy chaser, though.

My SO and I both enjoyed the show. It's not a feel good show, that's for sure. A lot of the things they cover are pretty heavy. The way women are treated, minorities, etc. Of course, it's nothing like Breaking Bad, but it's great in it's own way. The cast is fantastic.
