Just out of curiosity. How is she able to act in movies and still run a company this size? I'm pretty sure it's because she doesn't really run it.

She had 3 movies come out last year. 5 this year this year. And one next year. LOL @ her running the business.

Celebrities don't "run" a business. they just need to invest their fucking millions and to also feel like they are actually intelligent.

When you don't/can't actually act, that probably frees up a little time.

Tho to be fair, she still has to show up so the grips can have a pretty image to jerk to once the day is over with.

^ she goes to hair & makeup then sits in her trailer while they shoot all the scenes that don't require a wooden mannequin.
She has plenty of time to shoot off emails to the poor bastards who work for her, who go home to their wives (how sexist is that Jessica?) who tell them to suck it up til they can offload it/get a job elsewhere & keep paying the mortgage.

She just sucks at this whole business shit, it's not hard to employ a private label company to make stuff for you to sell. What does take skill is to manage people without being a bitch (fail) and what's this BS about making them cry? We're not living in an episode of Mad Men Jessica.

I had a boss that made at least one employee a day cry. That included grown men.

    Sounds like a delightful individual.

She can barely deliver her lines convincingly in a movie, I can't imagine her trying to run a business.

He had major meltdowns every day where he'd ranted like a loonie. There were some great fringe benefits of working for him but eventually I got to the "fuck this shit" point.

Yeah, I've worked for people like that. For a short while. Life is too short IMO, I'd rather temp in a call centre than put up with that shit.

LOL! 30+ jobs advertised on their webpage plus this:-
    "Have Fun
We are inspired by the child in all of us! From kombucha & community bicycles to karaoke nights & crock pot cook-offs, surprise and delight are part of the Honest culture. Happily engaged employees = happy customers & families!"

From a "boss" (aka seagull) that is proud of making employees cry?
