A movie about, *shocked face* divorce?
Actually, I think JA is a very good comedic actress. She's got good timing and proved during "Friends" that she's not afraid of looking silly, a prerequisite for comediennes. Her problems come in when she tries dramatic roles she's not suited for. She simply "mutes" herself and thinks that's enough. It isn't. If she wants to be a good actress, she should have the balls of Marilyn Monroe and actually study acting, even this far into her career.
She played against her usual image in The Good Girl and I think she did a great job. I liked her performance in The Breakup too which wasn't really a comedy. In Derailed she was ok. Not exactly right for the part.
The movies coming up on Echo sound like your typical chick flick which I mostly hate. We'll see.
I thought the Break Up was diversified in between drama and comedy.I really enjoyed it too. I too think her strength is in comedy not so much as drama.

I read "Getting Rid of Matthew" and hated the main character more than any main character ever. I wanted to strangle her with every page I read. So if Aniston stars in it... lol
The Break Up made me cringe. Not because it was a bad movie, but because it was so real. There were numerous times I felt like walking out of my own tv room simply because it felt like I was there witnessing the fighting. They billed the movie as a comedy, but it was far from it.
^^I agree and Jen was good in that movie. Her character went through humiliations that many actresses would never agree to portay so props to her for that.
I meant to refer to "The Break Up" in my last post.
^^Notice how Mr. Aniston is grabbing Courtney's ass. Those cheeks are the property of Dumped Chin Productions.
^^ LMAO!!
I haven't seen a movie Jennifer has made in which she played anything other than herself. I hated Derailed and The Break Up.. it was like a unfriendly Friends episode.
I like the idea of Jennifer behind the screen, I'm sure she would make a great producer or director... because so far acting has escaped her.
