Old Hollywood stories are so much more interesting than Hollywood today.
Can anyone tell me how accurate the book 'Hollywood Babylon' is? I've been thinking of getting it but I'd rather hear first hand opinions first.

99% of what you read there is either bullshit, or has been made 'more interesting'. It's fun to read though, if you keep in mind the real stories were different

And the title of one of the books about their relationship was called " Such Devoted Sisters".
Don't feel bad - that shit makes me laugh as well. Olivia was the more talented one, but I also think that she was the bitchier one as well. And both may have had an inappropriate relationship with Daddy.
Both of those biddies are batshit crazy. But they made some great flicks.

Yeah, kidney disease in those days was pretty much a death sentence. Poor thing.

And how funny that they're both still alive. The oldest in old Hollywood. I guess some things you can't let go.
