    My next door neighbour's infant/toddler is at the "scream all day because you want to do and say things but haven't yet learned words" stage and honestly, I fully support a no yelling policy.

    Noise cancelling headphones are saving my sanity.

    My neighbours kids are both autistic & the girl has the most shrill high-pitched scream known to audio history......

    Because of this I find the shouting amusing.....
