Holy crap that is incredibly messed up. If it really was a scientology thing then no wonder she's gone ballistic and pulled the plug. He's lucky he's filming in Iceland or she might have given him a good kick in the balls, that's what I'd do in her (clunky unflattering) shoes.

I almost think these two assholes need to stay together. To paraphrase Samuel Butler, it was very good of God to let them marry one another and so make only two people miserable instead of four.

There were also pics, I think yesterday, of her leaving NYC. I wonder where she went to hide out while Tommy was served in Iceland. I hope her parents have her and Suri in a safe house. LOL

Yep, it makes sense if you think about it--Tom was the heavy in his divorce from Nicole, she was the one "blindsided" and she also got all the public sympathy. He came across as very cold and I don't think his reputation ever recovered, really. He doesn't want that to happen again, better to play the wounded party this time.

Everyone pretty much guessed this was a 5 year contract. And, 5 million for Katie? Come on, she would have NEVER made that much without him. We all know Suri isn't his. She never had to have sex with Cruise. It was a business deal, and she got the exposure she wanted - we all know she wouldn't have got ANY roles had she not married him.

They are going to play this off as him being the one blindsided by this because he looked like the asshole in his divorce to Kidman. He's "saddened" ...yeah, right. Poor Tom Cruise. That was probably written up 5 years ago in the contract she signed!

There probably won't be an issue with Suri since the child isn't his. He'll make it look like he's concerned about it, but in the end, she'll have sole custody and he'll be perfectly ok with it. No doubt what so ever in my mind.

This is all a part of his game.

I was just thinking the same thing. If they have any sense at all she and Suri have been completely removed for the Cosbot orbit for their own safety.

I'm thinking Katie dresses like shit because a wardrobe allowance wasn't in the contract. I remember Nicole's sartorial splendor suffered immensely after her divorce from the Midget..

Out of interest- Does any here feel that Katie is quite smart or bright? or dumb?

all I know is that Tom Cruise always comes across as absolutely dumb to me, very low IQ.
