Well, I hope you're not right, but I suspect you are. (about her keeping her trap shut) I do think her lawyer dad drove a hard bargain though, and if Katie actually "blindsided" Tom, then she may have some power in this relationship after all--and I suspect it has everything to do with Suri's parentage.

Now we all know how desperate Tom is to prove he's hetero (not that I'm convinced he's not), so if the rumors saying the relationship was a fraud mentioned a 5-year term, is this Katie's way of saying he's gay without having to say it? I'm sure I'm giving her too much credit, but speculation's fun!
