I really hope that she goes back with her family, gets off the scientology bullshit and takes Suri with her. I'm not the most clued up person on this topic but I've never seen any pictures of Tom alone with Suri(in fact I haven't really seen many with all three of them)- it just seems always Katie and Suri. Hope she fights for it.

I don't know how CO$ divorces work (other than speculating over Tom's from Nicole), but I would think that her walking around with her daughter every single day in the photos would sway a judge in her favor. I don't honestly think the coat issue will come into play (if it did, I think it could be worked with) and what inappropriate shoes? I also don't think there are laws about what time your kid goes to bed. I assume Suri has some kind of tutor, she doesn't hold regular kid hours. Would I raise a kid like that? No, but in a war between Katie and Tom (money and CO$ aside), Katie should win that battle. I think Katie having some say over kids was a sticking point in the prenup anyway.

10 years is significant because of the laws in california. don't think there is anything magic about 5 years, except that it is a relatively small number so even pinheads like tom and KATE can count to it.

Ha ha...I saw this on MSN and came right over to see what y'all were saying! Unless Tom can prove that Suri is his via DNA test, he doesn't have any leverage in a custody case. If, as we suspect, Katebot was pregnant when they met with Josh or Chris' baby, we'll probably see a lot of fake excuses why Tom didn't get custody, but he probably had a non-disclosure agreement that she would never tell it wasn't his baby.

Whether this whole thing was a sham or not, there is some sort of contract or pre-nup. Cruise had all of the power early on being the more famous, wealthier and CO$ connected of the two. This breakup will go according to whatever plan he laid out upfront.

In order to keep Suri (if that's possible) Katie will likely have to keep her trap shut and forever refer to her Mrs. Cruise years as AHMAYZINGGG!

I find it interesting that in the statement, the lawyer said that Katie's interest is in HER daughter and not "their" daughter. That sounds to me like some sort of passive aggressive reminder to Tom.
