    I forgot to write about that middle aged,well fed blond Greek lady,smoking her siggy and waiting along with me.So when the door of the Big VIP van opened and Amal got out,Greek lady was visibly upset and angry.I said what,s the matter while i was clicking away and she said loudly..Fuck,i came all the way here because i thought Clooney will be with that sceletor wanker..and she stepped on her sigarette butt..

    Actually, I think it's [first name] +[husband's last name] + de + [mother/wife's last name].

    Example, "Maria Rivera-Flores" Maria being the first name, Rivera being the dad's surname and Flores being the mom's surname.

    No, the "de" applies to the husband's last name. It's first name + one or both last names + de (husband's last name)

    It's not monolithic. Patronym goes before the Matronym among the people I know. With de in between.

    ETA:

    We may be talking about the same thing but as an example:

    Colombian writer: Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

    Father: Gabriel Eligio Garcia
    Mother: Luisa Santiaga Marquez Iguaran

    ETA2:

    Wait, wait, wait! I just realized I'm talking about how people refer to the children of the two married people and not what the wife goes by when she gets married. Whatever!
