Bless her, she's a strong woman thinking about her children and their future instead of herself. That said I think she should kick him to the curb.

Would you forgive, knowing that you only had moments left in your life? I ask this theoretically, I'm curious as to what others say. I wish I would be able to (I'm not saying I could) because when I pass away I'd like to have a clear conscience and not carry any baggage. But what a burden to lay upon someone. I do believe in karmic retribution of sorts, and I think forgiveness is the ultimate act of kindness. But I don't know if I could do it, personally. I know I wouldn't be able to love that person again, even if I found it in my heart to forgive them.

I think it depends on the specifics, to some extent.

But generally, I like to spend alone, and I would have no problem dumping someone who had deeply and publicly wronged me the way John Edwards has his wife. I could possibly forgive, but that doesn't mean I would want to be around him anymore.
