Well I called this a couple weeks ago in another thread. I'm happy for her considering everything she went through. Just goes to show you once more that getting married doesn't equal 'happy little family'.

She's been a pretty decent mother to her ex husband's child..so I'm sure she'll be great with the new one..I'm happy for her..going to be a beautiful baby!!!

Oooh I'm so happy for her. I was watching Access Hollywood and saw the news! That baby is going to be so gorgeous cause I mean just look at Halle and then Gabriel ooozes sexy! She's been waiting for a long time and I'm glad she's with someone who treats her well.

I know where your thinking is. She's 40. What's her egg quality/quantity? After seeing the 'is she pregnant' photos from the past six months, I'd bet she had IVF fertility treatments, which make you look pregnant. She probably had her eggs harvested for the IVF. Just speculation though.
