That's all really creepy especially the thing about France which I never knew.  I knew about her father going to visit her on her birthday and that he died shortly afterward. I thought that whole situation was weird, why he was there but the mother or brother were not. I also remembering how selfish it seemed to make him come to her in the condition he was in, suffering from cancer, couldn't she go where he was if they wanted to have a birthday party? She was a grown woman.
