I listen to the Mark and Brian Show on KLOS in Los Angeles every morning; they were initially informed about this incident by a caller by the name of April who said she is one of the friends of Fabio who were taking the pics. They spoke to her again this morning, and she says the In Touch account of the story is *gasp* incorrect. They were taking pics, George Clooney did assume they were taking pics of him and asked them to stop; Fabio politely explained they were not taking pics of him and never said "stop being a diva". George did shove Fabio, but Fabio did not shove him back; instead he walked away. She even sent Mark and Brian one of the pics, in which you can see George Clooney in the corner of the pic flipping them off. Unfortunately, I'm at work and can't access the KLOS website to see if maybe they posted the picture.

I always got the impression that Clooney put on the 'decent act' for his image. "Down to earth" plays well.
