She is one of the ugliest girls I have ever seen. She really looks like shit and probably will be even uglier when she's fully grown up. She does stand out but only because she is far below average and just hideous.

That's pretty harsh..
She is so young and going through that awkward stage. I look back on my teenage pictures with braces and pimples and i didn't look so hot either. Thank god i grew out of it!!

Just because you don't like her mom doesn't mean the kid is automatically horrible.

Um...how old is she? 14? She's not supposed to look "hot", right now. Give her time. She'll probably grow up to be beautiful. Hell, she's already pretty, because it's obvious who's genes she has more of. I agree with the poster who said you were being harsh, because..... wow. I'm wondering how many girls you've ever looked at, because Francis is not ugly. She's not hot, either, but she's a young teenager, she's not supposed to be.

Even if she does grow up to be unattractive, she'll just buy plastic surgery. Let's just hope she doesn't ruin her face like her mom has. BTW, she does carry herself like a lady, unlike her mom. That's evident in the pics.

oh she definitely comes from trash GARBAGE. both her mother and her father (although "talented") were/are druggie trash. scum buckets really. her father kills himself because he was a looser druggie and her mother lost custody because she is a looser druggie.
