I support them in this from a "rights" standpoint but I personally can't stand Ellen anymore. But I am totally glad this can happen for them and other couples.

^^^I thought I was going to be the only dissenter. I like Portia and am glad they can marry but I find Ellen annoying and not funny in the least

I hear ya there. My wife and mother-in-law love her show, but I think she tries WAY to hard & I can only handle about 30 seconds of her shtick.

Ellen dumped her last girlfriend for a younger Portia.
I like Ellens show, I like her stand up.
Is it a political statement like Rosie's or because she wants to be married to Portia?

Me too!!! Portia is hilarious and hot as hell, in my opinion Ellen is an unfunny loser. Portia could do soooo much better. Ellen hit the jackpot. *prepares to have shoes thrown at her*

Good for them! That's cool they allow gay marriage there now. I was just reading the thread on Just Jared about this, and some of the comments made me sick. People can be so ignorant.
