Pretty sure in a few underwear shots I've seen of Loren she had a pot belly too. Not that it matters - both are gorgeous women.

I, for one, will always think she's beyond gorgeous. why does she need to have perfect features to be gorgeous?! little flaws make real beauty otherwise you're just pretty or cute

Liz was absolutely gorgeous in her younger days. Having said that, should she be out at these types of horror shows so soon after having heart surgery? Don't they advise people with heart conditions not to participate?

its funny cuz all those same flaws or quirks are what was supposedly "wrong" with Marilyn Monroe too  who's photos i can also stare at all day

Monroe never had a lollipop head; was better proportioned than Liz.
In a movie she made with Beatty, Liz even had a bigger head than him!
Now Beatty has an insanely large nuggin, even for his size, yet next
to her it looked pretty much normal. No, Liz: gorgeous features,
gorgeous eyes, but her body/head proportions were off a bit.

According to several books, yes. Liz had a nose job in her early 20's:

Liz had a slight nose-job when she was super young, its very subtle but there imo and according to some biographers

MM did have a large head and face, but she was taller that Liz, though petite in the same way (their body frames)
its funny to see candids of MM with members of the public, especially women in those days

She also had a natural beauty even with little make-up. Yes she aged horribly, but she was a beauty.
