I don't hate them with a passion. They pay their own way and the kids seem well behaved, so I look at it as a personal choice. Not one I would make, but certainly within their right to make. Like someone else pointed out, this isn't the Octotwat we're talking about.

My only issue is when parents make the older kids raise the younger ones. Helping out is one thing, but full time care is another and it's not your older kids' fault that you had too many kids to care for. I'm not sure where the line is for "too many kids" but I know I'm not prepared to draw that line for anyone other than myself. And maybe Octotwat.

How is she able to walk around without kids falling out of her uterus? I mean, really. That thing has got to be so stretched, I dont know how she keeps them in there.

I agree. Even though I sure as hell think they're nuts.

They seem way more well adjusted than the older kids of the Octomom, even if they're being raised with the same fucked-up (in my mind, anyway) set of beliefs and appear to be set to follow in those footsteps. For now.

And those last words are what I suppose is the big draw for me to these people. I can't wait to see what happens or "what went wrong" with at least one of these kids. Even if it's not something that's so bad to ordinary people, but "wrong" to the Duggar-approved lifestyle and set of religious beliefs, sending Ma and Pa Dugger into a fury of tears, incessant praying and posturing. And with each unit they pump out, there's an ever increasing chance that one or more of them is gonna be fucked up somehow, even if it's only fucked up by Duggar standards. Like: Gay, Decides he/she doesn't believe in God/Jesus, Decides to have sex before marriage...whether with a bf/gf or just straight up slutting around, drink, use drugs, curse, fight, get arrested, etc. Your average everyday shit.

But I will feel particularly bad for the one(s) who are gay, since I know that isn't a choice. But in the Duggar world they'd see it as so. And any way you tried to live your life to express that...or even admit to it...would be wrong.

So yep, I'm gonna be watching the fishbowl for a looooong time.

The uterus is truly a fabulous organ. And hers is obviously bionic. If it were just some stretching I wouldn't find that as worrisome as the fact that it's been cut open the last few times she "gave birth". Most recent being 8 months ago...and a mere five months before getting pregnant again. If anyone might perish behind this stupid and endlessly incessant breeding, it's Ma Duggar. Can we say uterine abruption?

This is crazy. No one in their right mind would have 19 kids. It's insane.

I keep wondering if the Reality show curse will hit the Duggars since they have a show just like Jon & Kate.

My father's parents were still having kids when their oldest children started having some of their own, so I guess it shouldn't strike me as so out of place, but it does.

I wonder how these Duggars are paying their own way without help. I just can't figure how that's possible.

I feel bad for all the kids. The girls especially. They have to dress a certain way, wear their hair a certain way. It is ridiculous and unfair. Plus all the childcare they have to do. In the 1800's it was a good idea to have so many kids since a lot were lost in childbirth. Also a lot of kids helped out "on the farm". Today it is totally unnecessary and thoughtless and selfish.
If I can't be a good example, then let me be a horrible warning.

Something tells me they don't even wait the recommended 6 weeks after birth before Jim Bob mounts her again.

Maybe they can just install a zipper on her uterus to save on wear and tear.

I noticed that when doing genealogy research. Most of mine had on average 10-12! Even my mom has 6 brothers and sisters, which seems like a lot to me, but she said it wasn't unusual back then.
