I have always hated this buffoon because he tried to pretend he was part of the legal profession, when he was an obvious criminal. He behaves like one, he talks like one, he is one.
I'm also wondering why this private conversation was leaked to the public.
I'm going to be slammed for saying this, but why should I care if he's racist? If he were treating black people poorly IRL because of his views then I would think he's disgusting. But there are so many racist people out there - of all races - that I'm just not shocked by it anymore. You'd be surprised what people will say in the confines of their own home. I honestly could care less what his personal views/opinions are, as long as he keeps socially unacceptable opinions to himself. He's such a non-entity to me that I can't work myself up to be offended by this.
Also, I haven't listened to the tape, so this may not apply at all, but how do we know that he's racist? He could just object to interracial relationships. There are a lot of people who object to interracial relationships for cultural reasons.
Maybe you should listen to the tape. But usually people that refer to other groups by racial slurs, repeatedly, are racists. Period. Objecting to interracial relationships isn't even the point.
