No harm, he didn't hurt anyone but himself. He doesn't deserve to go to prison or any other harsh punishment. Let him have rehab and some community service, he don't deserve harsh sentence.

I guess that because, unlike Wesley Snipes, he pays his taxes. As long as a celeb stays on the right side of the IRS, they can do what they want. You don't go messin' with the money.
Incidentally your comment about punishment reminds me of something Robin Williams said about his cocaine addiction. When asked of the death of his friend John Belushi was a wake up call for him he replied "Oh yeah, huge. The grand jury helped too."
