A finding of 'not guilty' just means the prosecution didn't prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt. Or that the jurors didn't want to send a celebrity to prison. Or that they couldn't be arsed to review the evidence. Or that they fell for crocodile tears, or any number of things.

Similarly, Randall Adams wasn't guilty just because he was convicted.

WTF. Not in the mood for trolls who defend child molestors today. Listen, at the worst, he diddled little boys and stold their innocence. At the best, he was incredibly inappopriate and still took their innocence. I don't give a flying fuck what a court of law said. He should have been hung by his ball sack and all of those boys' families should have lined up and spit on him and then taken turns with a baseball bat. He got better than he deserved...he died a fucking table full of meds while alone. He deserved much, much worse.

I don't know why he ever went to trial. His standard of care was so below the minimum, there's no way he couldn't be found guilty. Although LA juries do seem to blow.

His sentencing will be on November 29th. I guess the prosecution wants him taken into custody now - perhaps they are considering him to be a flight risk of some sort.
