Do we think there's one lone juror?

I'm tired of hearing he was America's Dad. It was a great show and it entertained us, but it was a job like any other job and this is a person like any other person. And Nicole Brown's blood was in OJ's Bronco, his foyer and bedroom.

What did I miss? What does OJ have to do with Cosby?

Every time I read an update on this thread, I see Hannibal Buress's name. He's really the only reason any of this happening now. And if I remember, he got a lot of heat for doing so.

Well, I'm glad the prosecutor didn't waste time before saying he would re-try the case. Did anyone see the drugged out wife's statement? I can't post it, but the woman is an evil menace, just like her husband. They enrage me.

This is a real disappointment. I guess there were jurors who couldn't look at the facts and could only see kindly Dr Huxtable.

You just know this is going to give more fodder for the "lying, gold digging bitches" idiots, too.

Did they poll the jurors? Has anyone interviewed them?

^ That's what I'd like to know. Which way was it leaning, was it a lone holdout or what? They deliberated for six days.

I'll tell ya, it really is the luck of the draw. I served on a jury in a criminal case last year, and it could have gone either way. Luckily, it went the way I wanted, otherwise I might have been that lone holdout. But I was a little surprised at how quickly some of the jurors switched their votes, not so much that they changed their minds, but IMO, because they really didn't care and just wanted to go home.

They interviewed one juror, anonymously, and this guy seemed to think that Cosby has suffered enough. Had his name dragged through the mud, lost shows, money, endorsements, etc. I even read something (on TMZ) about another juror saying that the victim behaved and dressed inappropriately. Unreal.

This, folks, is why you shouldn't throw away or ignore that jury summons. It's crucial.

What a travesty that people are just so damn stupid. What he's gone through has nothing whatsoever to do with his guilt. I think that there are some juror instructions that say that you are not to feel sorry for the defendant while deliberating your verdict

University of Missouri revokes Bill Cosby’s honorary degree

The University of Missouri has stripped Bill Cosby of his honorary degree nearly a week after a mistrial was declared in his sex-assault trial.

The school’s Board of Curators voted unanimously Friday to revoke the comic’s doctorate in humane letters that he received in 1999.

University president Mun Choi cited assault allegations from several women as the reason behind the move and said Cosby’s alleged actions don’t reflect the university’s values.

At least 25 other schools across the country have similarly revoked honorary degrees and awards given to Cosby since nearly 60 women accused him of drugging and raping them.

It was the first time the University of Missouri ever revoked an honorary degree.

The school’s Faculty Council first recommended Cosby’s degree be yanked in November 2015.
