Travolta still won't admit his son is autistic. What a fucker.
I have nothing but respect for Colin regarding his son. He is so warm and caring with him, even when the paps catch them with their long lens cameras, he's not posing or creating an ideal photo opportunity - its obvious he loves his child very very much.

all of the people I know with autistic or ADD kids were smokers, if not during their pregnancy, certainly beforehand. I often wonder if tobacco somehow damages eggs/sperm.

That is an interesting thought. I have never been a smoker but my son's father was a smoker and my son is autistic.

Yes, I would give ANYTHING for my son to have a normal life. It makes me very sad to think of the things he will never have- a love interest, friends, etc.... However, I wouldn't change his open honest love that comes from being autistic. Collin just went up in my book. It took me a long time to talk to people about my son's disability. I know how he feels. It wasn't shame; I just felt that it was no one's business. After time I realized that no one was going to understand or accept my child unless I educated them about his disability.

Colin is hotter than hot. I didn't think i could be more attracted to Colin than i already was, but i was wrong. A good daddy melts my heart. I admire him for being so open about this. At the same time I think Travolta or anyone else who doesn't divulge this kind of info is just as justified.
