    Yes, regular ol' cheap honey.

    I like to mix honey and brown sugar to use as a scrub (on slightly damp skin). Then leave it on for a few minutes and it becomes like a mask. I much prefer it to the chemically storebought products. Makes my skin a lot nicer.

    Pouring a little honey (1 part honey to 2-3 parts conditioner maybe?) in with your conditioner adds some extra shine and moisture to your hair. It's not sticky at all, just be sure to rinse well. Molasses does the same thing, but will also give your hair a deeper, richer tint. It's great for brunettes!

    That's awesome, because I have light black hair (cherokee), so I'm glad to try something new. I was always a little concerned about the stickiness of honey, but I'm going to try it. I'll let you know how it works. Thanks!

    You should try the molasses too-- it's especially nice for dark hair.
