Chaz was already quite masculine even before any procedures were performed, so apparently that's what the girlfriend is into. Maybe the changes aren't drastic enough to put the girlfriend off physically.
I'll always remember what an adorable little girl Chaz was with her cute outfits and blonde ringlets, but I wish him the best. Glad that he is happy now.
