I worked at Abercrombie for years (high school and college) and it's a store policy that you don't sell clothes off of the mannequins, period, absolutely no exceptions.
I actually like the fact that the staff wouldn't bend the rules for her.

Ick. Who even shops there anymore? You can smell it across the entire mall and it smells like cheap perfume. My friend forced me to go in there last week (actually I waited outside) and she bought some ugly pajamas. My entire room smelled like that shit for a day.
