Nope, I was legal when I drank. I went to high school in Belgium where it was legal, then I was in DC when legal age was still 18. I've never tried pot, not firsthand anyway.

Oh, I remember when DC was still 18. It changed when I was about two years away. A lot of my friends got screwed over when they changed the age and grandfathered people in. I think the cut-off was July of that particular year. Still, fake id's were easier when you just had to prove you were 18 and not 21. We would drive into DC from Maryland and buy alcohol at Greyhound liquors on New York Ave!!
