What she really needs is a nice RoadTrek camper van - a steal at only 50,000.00. She can drive around to her heart's content and stay at home at the very same time.

My guess is that if she's looking at luxury buildings in the West Village, it's probably this one. She can go to Magnolia Bakery to eat lots of cupcakes and go to the Spotted Pig where she can chow down on the Ricotta Gnudi (gnocchi) in a bowl of melted butter (then a Frapuccino to walk it off).
