It did look like someone carried a kid to the second ambulance, and then before the other ambulance left it look like someone carried a kid from that second ambulance towards the parked cars downscreen. It looked like a light-haired child. I can't remember if the either of the Federspawn are blond. Are they?
Edited to add- on the side of that live feed site it says- Note: During live or replayed FOX 11 newscasts, this feed may go to black video during commercial breaks.
