Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake To Meet Up At Family BBQ

Justin Timberlake has agreed to meet up with his ex-girlfriend Britney Spears at a FAMIL barbecue this summer (08), according to new reports.
Spears' father Jamie has reportedly reached out to the singer in the hope that the reunion will further aid his daughter's recovery from mental illness issues, which resulted in her being hospitalised twice earlier this year (08).
Insiders tell America's Life & Style magazine that Jamie has set up a meeting between his daughter and Timberlake at a low-key summer barbecue.
The source says, "Jamie reached out to Justin and asked if he'd be willing to come over to Britney's house to talk to her face-to-face, and Justin said yes.
"Jamie's hoping that by finally seeing him, she'll be able to get some real closure, some resolution. He thinks that might be a huge help to her."
The news comes just a month after Timberlake poked fun at his childhood sweetheart while inducting Madonna into Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.
He joked, "There have been a lot of wannabes, I may have even dated a couple of them."

I'm surprised that Britney's therapist would go along with this

Is this undisputed? Who knows about 'Cry Me A River'. Usher's 'Confessions' was written by Jermaine Dupri, something that was personal to him. But they marketed his album as something related to his relationship break up with Chilli. I have no doubt in my mind that whole CMAR was bullshit.

The National Enquirer claims that Brit Brit's manager, Larry Rudolph, is shopping around a reality show starring her to the networks. Larry believes it's a way to make some quick cash without doing much.
Britney is into the idea which would feature her day-to-day life and her struggle to make a comeback. A source told the Enquirer, “She believes a reality show is a no-brainer. She can be herself and not have to study lines…Several production companies are interested in a Britney reality show and are willing to pay her millions.”
Daddy Spears is the only one against it and thinks it could fuck with her mental stability and sobriety.
A Brit Brit reality show would have been awesome a few months ago, but now it would be a total snooze fest. Who wants to see her try on 30 outfits a day, talk to her dog, curse at daddy, make Jamie Lynn voodoo dolls and try out different recipes using the key ingredient of Cheetos. 'Putting On Make-Up' Caused Britney Spears Crash, Say Onlookers

Britney Spears crashed her car on Saturday night (12.04.08) while allegedly putting make up on.
The 'Toxic' star is claimed to have been preening herself while behind the wheel of her white Mercedes when she ran into the back of a Nissan car at 8.18pm on a Los Angeles freeway.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) accident report: "The collision occurred when the driver of the Mercedes, driving in the number three lane, in stop and go traffic failed to observe the vehicle directly ahead of her come to a complete stop.
"She attempted to brake but failed to stop her vehicle prior to colliding into the rear of the Nissan in front of her."
CHP Officer Patrick Kimball added: "Britney's car collided into the rear of a Nissan, which in turn hit another car."
The 21-year-old driver of the Nissan told gossip website TMZ.com he had seen the 26-year-old singer putting on her make-up minutes before the crash, but was unsure whether she was still doing so at the time of the crash.
At the scene of the crash, officers gave mother-of-two Britney a field sobriety test which returned a negative result.
Later that evening, Britney and her mother Lynne were driven by Britney's bodyguards to West Hollywood restaurant Dominick's for dinner.
While no injuries were reported, the Nissan driver has confirmed he is considering seeing a chiropractor about a back injury he claimed was caused by the accident.
