I don't know. Its hard to tell with her. Unless she has full on bald spots I can't see why a professional who knows what their doing can't fix it to make it look normal. Bald spots are about the only thing that can't be covered well.

This looks like it might even be different from that Kim guy that admitted to doing her hair last week. I still can't beleive someone admitted to that.

Spears' dad wins extension of estate control

A Los Angeles judge has extended temporary control of Britney Spears' legal and financial affairs to her father until March 10.

LA Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz, who recently appointed Jamie Spears conservator of his daughter's estate, agreed the caterer could continue taking charge of the singer's dealings in a hearing on Thursday.

Spears' dad has shared responsibility for the troubled pop star's affairs with court-appointed observer Andrew Wallet since February 1.

Britney Spears' estranged manager Sam Lutfi has hired PR guru Michael Sands - just days after he quit as spokesman for the lawyer of the Toxic star's ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Lutfi hired the publicist in a desperate bid to rehabilitate his image as the troubled singer's "saviour" - with Sands telling reporters at a press conference last week the controversial figure is on a mission to "rescue Britney Spears".
Sands tells MTV News, "We want to get her back onstage and doing the right thing. So I'm working with Sam to reinvent her image."
As the publicist for Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, Sands previously worked to damage Lutfi's reputation - but agreed to become his rep after doing his own "research" and concluding "he's squeaky-clean".
Sands resigned as spokesperson for Kaplan last week fearing the attorney had overstepped his bounds in Spears' ongoing custody battle with Federline - and felt he could no longer be part of his team.

State Court May Have Lost Britney Jurisdiction

It's the craziest thing we've ever heard, but it's probable the State court has lost jurisdiction in the Britney Spears conservatorship case.

Sources at the L.A. County Superior Court tell TMZ, "It's possible jurisdiction has shifted to the U.S. Federal District Court." How, you ask? Well yesterday, a lawyer filed legal papers in federal court asking a judge to seize control of the conservatorship case on grounds Britney was at great risk in the L.A. County Court system.

The sources say just by filing the paperwork, the federal court probably has obtained jurisdiction. We know that sounds bizarre, but legal experts tell us that is indeed what has happened.

A well-placed source in the L.A. County Court system says even if the federal court has jurisdiction, they believe the conservatorship and all orders are still in effect, but no further orders can be made or modified unless and until a federal judge kicks it back to the state.

New Criminal Investigation in Britney Case

TMZ has learned Sam Lutfi is under investigation by the LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears.

Law enforcement sources tell us the Major Crimes Division of LAPD is on the case, after the conservators filed a complaint alleging Lutfi drugged Spears as a way of keeping her under his control. We're told the investigation is very much active.

Lutfi could not be reached for comment, however, Michael Sands, Lutfi's spokesperson, tells TMZ he is aware of the investigation.

No, she wasn't out of town. On the eve of the one-year anniversary of her celebrated head-shaving episode, she's back, bitches!

TMZ cameras caught up with the popwreck as she cruised into Betsey Johnson on Melrose Ave., carrying a dress on a white plastic hanger. She and 50 of her best paparazzi pals then made their way to the new Monique Lhuillier store. Is she trying on dresses for the Oscars?!

Oh lord, we hope so.
