PageSix.com has just spoken exclusively with Sergeant Fox of the Beverly Hills Police Department. Fox told us that "Four photographers were issued traffic tickets for impeding traffic after chasing Britney Spears down Coldwater Canyon to the Beverly Hills Hotel where Ms. Spears is currently."
The photographers were blocking traffic on Sunset Boulevard outside of the Beverly Hills Hotel. Sgt. Fox goes on to tell us that two other photographers were issued parking tickets as well. Earlier this week several photogs were also placed under arrest for reckless driving while chasing Brit.

Having her erratic behavior taped most of the time may bring Britney Spears some good after all as it was reported that acclaimed director Quentin Tarantino is very much interested in casting the troubled singer for a remake of "Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!". Reportedly, the mother of two has been approached by the filmmaker.

According to Variety columnist Liz Smith, Spears is among Tarantino's first choices to be asked to consider roles in the film. The other first choices include sex-tape star Kim Kardashian and "Stuck On You" sexy star Eva Mendes. Allegedly, the trio are chosen because the Academy Award-nominated director wants to make a raunchier version of the Russ Meyer's soft-porn classic.

"Pussycat" is a comedy drama thriller that tells a story about three strippers who take their time off from the stripping job to go on a murder rampage. Along the way, they kidnap a girlfriend of their victim and seduce the two sons of a reputedly rich old man to locate the money. The movie was originally starred by Tura Satana, Haji and Lori Williams."

Well, Tarantino worked with Lawrence Tierney--clearly nothing scares him.
