Generally I don't have much sympathy with celebrities. They sought it out. My response is "So you thought that you were gonna conquer the world, you vicious little pig. Well now you can choke on it" (Dr Phil & Tom Cruise - cases in point? It's gonna take quite a while before I feel sorry for Cruise. His ambition knows no limits - so he shoots for the stars, Scientology style. As for all that Scientologist like to help - don't buy it, 'cause it's PR to alleviate public suspicion. They view us, the wogs, as meat just waiting to be filled by a thetan. Katie Holmes even more so. I spoke with someone who worked in the same modeling agency that Katie did, as a teen, and described Ms Holmes as 'ready to sell her soul', and on the look out for the best deal). By and large they're a very unwholesome group of megalomaniacs, and perhaps have got all the ridicule that they get coming to them. Britney, however, was kind of pushed along by that bitch of a mother - Lynn (as for the father, Jamie - he looks like the kind of guy with human remains stored away in his deep freeze). I almost see Britney as the version of Jon Benet Ramsey that lived. Which is not to say that Britney is an innocent victim. I'm not sure that there really are any innocent victims (except Sean P and Jayden J). Still, the young woman's got her hands full. Maybe after the custody hearing is wrapped up, she'll blow outta town and lay low for a few (many) years.

Britney Misses Out On The Roll (Her Spelling) Of A Lifetime

Brit Brit was offered $3 million for the lead role in Memoirs of a Medicated Child. Brit was set to play the girlfriend of a misdiagnosed mental patient. Yeah, ironic. PageSix.com reports that producers have decided to take back their offer and are giving it to newcomer Samantha Falk. She's the niece of Peter Falk.

A rep for the film said, "Even with an accepted $3 million offer on the table and negotiations being finalized, producers decided to can Brit.”

Brit still has an offer out on the table to play the Virgin Mary in another movie.

That was a great idea. Whoever thought of putting this hillbilly twit in their movie is crazy themselves. If Britney's going to return to work it should be the reality TV version of One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. The last thing she needs to do is to work.

I think most would agree that Britney's childhood (or lack of it) played a major role in her problems today. It's her responsibiliy for herself as an adult that seems to be at issue.
