I know that it's kind of the in thing to bash Brit. After all she has squandered the many opportunities which have come her way, opportunities many of us can't even dream of. Still, when I watch videos like this, I can't help feeling sorry for her.

^^ I do feel sorry for famous people but if she is so scared/worried about beign photographed, why does she go out at EVERY secon dof the day, tipping them off to where she will be. You never see Johnny Depp or Denzel Washington at eveyr gas station every hour, on the hour.
I imagine that bitch has som enice ass bathrooms and I'm a germaphobe & think to myself, if I had her bathrooms, I would not pee anywhere else. Public bathrooms are so disgusting!

I feel sorry for the people that work in the places she goes that have to clean up the mess thats left behind from the knocked over merchandise and the customers they lose because they get caught up in the madness and dont want to be part of it.
She brings it upon herself.

Ha, she created the monster, and Adnan IS one of the monsters, so I really can't feel sorry for either of them.

Britney is their livelihood, and she does so many outrageous things on such a regular basis that of course they are following her every move. If she would just lay low for awhile, they would have to find other things to do or starve.

If she was truly scared or tired of all the attention, there are things she could do to stop it, or at least minimize it.

"I believe in her 110 percent, but she needs to call [me]," the pop star, 30, told PEOPLE Thursday at the Hysteric Glamour VIP preview party. "If her publicist or somebody can get in touch with me, I just want to sit down with her and have it out."

Asked what he'd offer to Spears, McLean says, "First I would say, 'What the hell is wrong with you?' Second I would say, 'What is really wrong with you? What are you not saying to everybody else?' "

McLean, a recovering alcoholic who also happened to rise to fame around the same time as Spears, says he thinks he knows part of what the 26-year-old star is going through.

"She has given people hints of her troubles, but fear is a really big thing, and depression. ... I've been through it. I'm coming up on six years sober," he said at the party hosted by Tracey Ross at her Sunsent Plaza store in West Hollywood. "I just want to sit her down and pick her brain."

'Do You Want to Die?'

Ultimately, McLean says he believes the troubled singer wants to – and can – get her life back in order. " [I want to be] just someone who can tell her straight. I'll say, 'Hey, do you want to die? Is that what you want?' If that is what she really wanted, she would have done it already. I know that is not what she wants," he says.

McLean also said Spears's pregnant 16-year-old sister Jamie Lynn has had a rough go but will be okay.

"You look at Jamie Lynn now and it is like, of course, she has no one to look up to," McLean says. "But I think she has a chance. Everyone has a chance to turn it around."

Britney Spears' family members fear that her fotog/beau/bodyguard and manager are both sucking the multimillionaire dry — and are making eerie comparisons to the life and death of Anna Nicole Smith.
The Spears family believes that "Adnan is working hand-in-hand with Sam Lutfi... they can only make money if they take Britney completely to the bottom and then sell the stories," a concerned family insider told PageSix.com. "They have no financial possibilities with Britney if she gets herself straightened out and goes back on tour. They need her right where she is, in their control, for financial gain."
PageSix.com understands that Sam and Adnan have a cordial but competitive relatioship.
"They are in the same position that Anna Nicole's handlers were in," the worried insider said — and it's a comparison we can get our head around.

Before Anna Nicole died in February last year, the train wreck wavered for a time between her longtime lawyer, Howard K. Stern and celebrity photographer-turned-boyfriend Larry Birkhead. (Get it: Lutfi is to Stern as Adnan is to Birkhead.)
After the former Playmate's sudden death under suspicious circumstances, some of her friends and family members blamed Howard K. Stern for her demise, claiming that he plied her with prescription medicine or simply neglected to address her mental health problems.
Then there's the financial fallout from a possible Britney pregnancy — a legal mess that is all too familiar to anyone who watched Anna Nicole flee to the Bahamas to avoid Birkhead's paternity claims and then the months-long paternity war between Birkhead and Stern after her death.
"If Brit gets pregnant from Adnan, then he can completely take her down," the family insider said, referencing the pregnancy test shopping trip as a telltale sign of his manipulation. "There would be no prenup if they got married because of Britney's state of mind."
Like Anna Nicole, Britney has all but disowned her family and her relatives fear it a mixture of Sam's and Adnan's Svengali-like control that keeps them even further away.
"If Britney's family cannot force her into some sort of care, then they will keep on until they destroy her or she is dead."
This comes as the Associated Press confirmed they had pre-written an obituary for the troubled former pop star.
