RadarOnline has been saying for years now that her conservatorship was going to be lifted. Last time, it was after her most recent tour. Now it's after these lawsuits, because Britney's lawyers have told the judge that she is so mentally incompetent she can't be deposed in the lawsuits, yet Radar also wants us to believe that her lawyers are going to argue that she is so incompetent to answer questions in a lawsuit and then will turn around months later and say that she's fine enough to have a lifetime conversatorship lifted. RadarOnline only floats those hollow promises that her conservatorship will end because Britney's PR knows it makes her sound more competent than she is, without actually having to do anything.
Conservatorships are very hard to get lifted, that's way they are so rare and only for the most extreme cases, and that's why lifetime conservatorships (which is what Britney is under) are only for people who a judge determine have no chance of getting better in their lifetime. I not only can't see Britney's conservators going to a judge and arguing that she is now competent enough to be in charge of her own life and finances, but I can't see any judge agreeing to lift a lifetime conservatorship on a woman whose own lawyers recently argued to a court was so incompetent that she couldn't even sit for a deposition.
