Because everyone is just waiting for her to completely go flying off her rocker. They want to capture her ultimate meltdown on camera or film--they probably have dollar signs dancing in their heads at the thought of the headlines and fetching price of the photographs.

She just doesn't understand that it's negative attention and everyone is watching to see her fail not because they love her and she's so famous.

When are these two children going to be removed from this woman's influence? She can not take care of herself and she is allowed to have these boys? She is ramming cars, going for midnight jaunts, and driving without a license. What does she have to do before she is seen as unfit?

Who'da thought, back when she shaved her haid, that things could actually get any crazier for her?

A lot of people thought it was actually her moment of self-realisation, that there was no where else to go but up from that point.

^^ I actually think that unless she really screws up, we have to wait until Nov. Thats when the next hearing is.

I dont know how custody battles work... if she flunks a drug test, does she get hauled into court earlier?

I totally agree.

If she's out alone in the car after she's called the paps, then I don't have any sympathy for what happens after.
But when those kids are in the car it should be a no-go zone as far as I'm concerned.
The paps are putting those kids at risk further by doing that while Britney is trying to drive.
Brits craziness and the Paps combined, are a disaster waiting to happen.

Can someone please answer this! Im curious! B/c on other blogs there are now pics of her getting into cars with alcoholic drinks, which is illegal.

So does she get to go to court early, or does it all just have to wait until Nov?

I think she does that to keep people talking. Although she may not know any better than to get into a car wit a drink in hand. I mean, her first chiled almost hit the pavement while she was walking in high heels crarying a drink in one hand and him in one arm without his head supported. Even though he wasn't an infant, he still needed head support in that situation.

As for the drug testing, if she failed a drug and/or alcohol test, she would likely be hauled back in for a temporary custody/visitation modification. There would be a notice and motion for order to show cause why that would be necessary. You bet K-Fed's lawyer is poised to do just that.
