Thankfully her dad is managing her accounts now and has someone fixing that shit up - she has no savings accounts for Jayden or Sean at this point either.

I think you're right, they're figuring in the $50 million she lost out on for not touring as part of the $61 million she "spent." Sounds like they're just using creative (misleading) ways to drive home the point that she's blown through her money and been financially irresponsible in myriad ways. (DUH.)
