A cop should know better than to stand that close to a moving vehicle.
I'd hate to see her on traffic duty. lol

THANK YOU!  It was an accident so why press charges? I saw another photo from a wider angle and I can understand why she would've misheard what the cop said, with all the noise and usual frenzy around her.

This is true. I don't really think it's her fault when everyone is swarming her car like that. They're all photogs and they know what a dim bulb she is. It's at their own risk. I guess in the case of the police officer, she's just majorly unlucky Britney can't tell LEFT from RIGHT.
I think accidents like this would happen anyway even if she weren't a moron. But she should let someone else drive so she won't get all the shit for it.

Well I can't blame this on her. People standing around a car should watch their OWN feet. The cop was an idiot for getting that close to a moving car.
