I can see why she wouldn't want to give birth in the US...our health care system is NOT the best, especially when it comes to infant mortality. If I could, I'd travel as much as I could and have kids elsewhere too.

^^ Yes, that's why it makes perfect sense that they travelled to Africa to deliver Shiloh. I'm sure the maternal and infant mortality rates are lower in third world Africa than they are in the the US. Please.
