Yes, but now Brandi has income too, from her RH gig. What did she do prior to that? All I ever heard about her was "former model."

I don't think the income of the custodial parent is a factor in child support because she is the one the children live with and she will spend more money raising them than he will.

Oh yes it is, there is a formula that considers, roughly, the income of both parents, basic household and medical expenses, and education/activity fees for the kids, as well as daycare. The formula is dependent on the state.

When I saw a lawyer about child support for my kids, it was all about him and his financial situation. I wasn't asked about anything you mentioned above. I didn't even go to court ... just signed the papers when it was all over.

You were lucky then, or your state is weird. I had to provide all that on a form, and then have backup like receipts and canceled checks ready in case any of my expenses were questioned. And not just me, but I've helped several friends and relatives with this.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Eddie and LeAnn tried to go for custody if Brandi tried for more child support. Well, Eddie anyway as LeAnn seems to be losing interest in the kids now that she's got the ring.
