I was talking about one specific thing. And that was being a boss at a job. Nothing else.
If there are two male bosses at a job. One is 6'4 and the other is 5'3, it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out that some people will gravitate towards and respect the actions and opinions of the tall guy more than the short one just because of that.
That type of thing was what i was talking about.
^Agreed. While I've tried not to use that word, none of the girls I know who are "bossy" would be offended by it in the least. LOL
let's blame Kelis...
Hey ya.
You don't have to love me
You don't even have to like me
But you will respect me
You know why?
Cuz I'm a boss!
I'm bossy
I'm the first girl to scream on a track
I switched up the beat of the drum
That's right, I brought all the boys to the yard
And that's right, I'm the one that's tattooed on his arm
I'm bossy
I'm the bitch you love to hate
I'm the chick that's raised the stake
I told young stunna he should switch to Bape
I'm back with an 808 'cause I'm bossy
Kill him.
Kill her.
Kill It.
Kill everything... that IS the solution!
┌П┐(•_•)┌П┐twitchy molests my signature!
Lawd baby help us if having your name tattooed on someone's arm is a sign of success!
Mom might just be the most successful person in the world.

As the star of a new film called Suffragette – about the early 20th Century women’s movement – one might have expected actress Helena Bonham Carter to be right behind Facebook boss Sheryl Sandberg and her feminist Ban Bossy campaign.
But Helena, 47, who began filming the period drama alongside Meryl Streep last month, does not see Sandberg as a modern-day Emmeline Pankhurst.
‘For goodness sake, it’s insane,’ Helena said of the campaign which is trying to eliminate the word ‘bossy’ when used to describe women and young girls.
‘People are sometimes bossy without being the boss, which is why the word exists,’ added Helena, pictured at the London flagship launch party of the High clothing brand last week.
‘If you ban the word, people will simply find another with the same meaning and use that instead.’ It’s pointless.’
