Modern Day conspiracy theorists seem to think it's a secret society made up of politicians and wealthy businessmen who control all that is evil in the world. However, give superstitious and mentally ill people with too much time on their hands a high-speed modem and they start telling all sorts of crazy stories.

I think I saw the term mentioned on The Panache Report website. I know Myra doesn't hold too much water around here. I can believe some of her dish, but all the BS about spies and corporate espionage sounds like one of those badly written novels in the subway bookstores.
