Doesn't seem like a confirmation to me. They're just repeating what the Enquirer said. They have no official word from either Affleck, Garner, or their reps.

The baby buzz on Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck is getting louder.
Rumors that Garner is expecting the couple's second child were kick-started earlier this month when a tabloid report claimed Garner and Affleck had already told friends their two-and-a-half-year-old daughter Violet is getting a sibling.
Speculation really ramped up when Garner starting wearing loose-fitting tops capable of hiding a growing belly.
Now comes another possible clue...
The two were spotted together Wednesday at an L.A. obstetrician's office to meet with a doctor.
Garner sat in the reception area reading a magazine, but when Affleck arrived, they were almost immediately called in to see the doc.
Reps for Garner and Affleck are not commenting one way or the other.
So we'll just have to wait and see. In other words, let the baby-bump watch continue!

Maybe they will have better luck on the second try. That little Violet is sure fugly as all hell. I'm going to get struck by lightning, but it's TRUE! And you all know it!!

"Yes, she is," Garber - who officiated the couple's 2005 wedding - told Us when asked if recent speculation was true that the couple is expecting.
A source adds, "She is five months pregnant. They are very happy."
Garner, 36, and Affleck, 35, are parents to two-year-old daughter Violet - one of Us' Babies of the Year.

If you look at all her pictures for the past month or so at JJ, she is wearing very loose shirts. Shirts pregnant women wear. I think she is pregnant.
It's odd that she wears a sweatshirt to the grocery store in July. And she is spotted up to 10 times in the past month wearing pregnancy-like shirts. Once or twice, okay, but like 10 different times?
She's got a bun in the oven!

New pics with Jen definitely looking pregnant, hard to tell but I'm guessing 3-4 months.
I checked and it was not quite a month ago that Ted at E! was insisting that " Jennifer Garner is considering splitting up from her hubby, Ben Affleck." He said his source was super close to the story and super trustworthy. But if this source had such insider knowledge, why no mention of the pregnancy which an "insider" would have known about a month ago? Seems to discredit the source, I think.
Not saying that their marriage is perfect and will last for-evah, but that particular story looks like it was promoted by people who don't like her.

Looks like they've gotten all the publicity they could get from the speculation- People's pretty good about getting decent confirmation before running a story. (And it certainly reads like it came from a PR person
