Armie Hammer’s ex Courtney Vucekovich: He wanted to ‘barbecue and eat’ me

Armie Hammer’s latest ex-gal pal says their romance was like dating a wanna-be Hannibal Lechter — as the Hollywood star’s idea of pillow talk was fanaticizing about which of her body parts he’d like to roast and devour.

“He said to me he wants to break my rib and barbecue and eat it,” app founder Courtney Vucekovich exclusively told Page Six.

“‘F–k that was weird,’ but you never think about it again,” she says of overlooking the odd behavior at the time. “He says, I want to take a bite out of you. If I had a little cut on my hand he’d like suck it or lick it. That’s about as weird as we got.”

The claims by Vucekovich, known for creating the “on-demand glam” app Flashd, come days after Hammer became the center of a viral cannibal fury, over direct messages he allegedly sent describing rape fantasies and cannibalism went viral.

In one, shared by anonymous Instagram account House of Effie, Hammer allegedly asked a partner if he could “cut off one of your toes and keep it with me in my pocket so I always had a piece of you in my possession.”

In another, he allegedly described himself as “100 per cent a cannibal.”

While Vucekovich, who dated Hammer from June to August, couldn’t confirm whether those specific screenshots were legitimate, she said they were no surprise.

“He likes the idea of skin in his teeth,” she claims.

Vucekovic, who spoke following a divorce filing by Hammer’s estranged-wife Elizabeth Chambers, tells Page Six that her relationship with the “Call Me by Your Name” actor was not only weird and gross but also emotionally abusive.

“He enters your life in such a big way. He’s such a captivating person. He has such a presence and he’s aware of that and he uses it in such a way that most women would think, ‘Oh my gosh this is amazing,’ but especially young women, that’s kind of the scary part—how good he is at active manipulation and making you feel like he’s never felt this way about anybody,” Vucekovich, 30, tells us.

With the “Rebecca” actor’s overpowering presence, charm and charisma, Vucekovich found herself submitting to Hammer physically and emotionally, only to realize she was being manipulated and gaslit.

“He quickly grooms you in the relationship,” she explains. “He kind of captivates you and while being charming he’s grooming you for these things that are darker and heavier and consuming. When I say consuming, I mean mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, just everything.”

Vucekovich claims Hammer is a “chameleon” who transforms into “exactly who you need him to be.”

“He sucks out all the goodness you have left,” she says. “That’s what he did to me. I gave and gave and gave until it hurt.”

Eventually, Hammer’s behavior turned “obsessive,” Vucekovich claims. At one point, she and Hammer spent three weeks together, 24/7, and when they weren’t together, she says he would text her 100 times per day.

“I wasn’t safe,” she realizes. “He kind of makes it like, ‘I’m going to teach you things.’ I’m smarter than that, but where was I during that? I knew the whole time. I had this gut feeling the whole time that this was not right. He’s not well.”

Vucekovich claims “The Social Network” actor would drink and do drugs “all the time,” which left her feeling compromised and scared.

“He did some things with me that I wasn’t comfortable with,” she says. “For God knows what reason he convinced me that these things were OK and he put me in some dangerous situations where I was not OK; where he was heavily drinking, and I wasn’t drinking that way and it scared me. I didn’t feel comfortable.”

She adds, “You end up doing things that are very out-of-character for you, including sex acts.”

Vucekovich declined to name the sexual acts because she didn’t want them to overshadow the toll Hammer’s emotional abuse took on her.

The Dallas-based business owner describes Hammer as one of the “most broken” people she’s ever met.

“He makes you feel bad for him, and that’s really scary and keeps you [close to him],” she explains.

At one point, Vucekovich found herself paying for everything, including gas for his truck, because allegedly he’s broke.

“He needs you,” she says. “He actually needs you.”

“It’s a full-time job when you’re with him the way that I was,” she explains. “I was trying to catch my breath the entire time I was with him. You’re drowning in this dark hole trying to stay afloat. There will be random moments of good that convince you to stay.”

Vucekovich said the relationship ended following an explosive fight and Hammer left.

“He blows up [women’s] lives like that and walks away,” she says.

Following their breakup, Vucekovich found herself having panic attacks thinking about what she endured in their volatile relationship. Her chest hurt and she struggled to breathe, so she checked herself into a 30-day partial hospitalization program for PTSD and trauma.

“I didn’t want to carry that into my future,” she tells Page Six. “As a strong mental health advocate I knew that this relationship was something I needed to process with help from people who specialize in trauma and PTSD. That is my experience.”

Vucekovich says therapy was the key to her recovery.

“Therapy is really helpful after healing from any kind of abuse,” says. “You don’t want to take that trauma with you.”

A rep for Hammer didn’t respond to numerous requests for comment, though he called the allegations “bulls–t” in response to news that he was stepping away from his romcom with Jennifer Lopez, “Shotgun Wedding.”

“I’m not responding to these bulls–t claims but in light of the vicious and spurious online attacks against me, I cannot in good conscience now leave my children for four months to shoot a film in the Dominican Republic,” Hammer said in a statement to Page Six, adding, “Lionsgate is supporting me in this and I’m grateful to them for that.”

Hammer is holed up in the Cayman Islands, where his two kids, Harper, 6, and Ford, 3, have been living with Chambers since the start of the pandemic. He’s been fighting for joint custody of the children in their divorce proceedings.

In light of the troubling alleged messages, Hammer’s past quotes about his sex life have resurfaced.

“I liked the grabbing of the neck and the hair and all that. But then you get married and your sexual appetites change,” he told Playboy in 2013. “And I mean that for the better — it’s not like I’m suffering in any way. But you can’t really pull your wife’s hair.

“It gets to a point where you say, ‘I respect you too much to do these things that I kind of want to do.’”

He later claimed in a separate interview that he was drunk at the time of the interview.

I was wondering where everybody here who has seen a scorpion in person actually lives. I'm Mid-Atlantic and I have never seen one in my entire life. Can they run away really fast if they think you're going to splat them?

Some people will blow this off by saying the animal in question has a lower-order central nervous system and doesn't feel pain (which is true). But in my opinion, it pantomimes something that is incredibly cruel whether the animal feels it or not.

Actually, not true. Fish DO feel pain, which makes the barbarism even worse. “Fish do feel pain. And it's not like certain cultures are concerned about inflicting pain on animals, as a matter of fact, they seem to take a sadistic pleasure in inflicting as much suffering as possible. Which is monstrous and indefensible.

I was wondering where everybody here who has seen a scorpion in person actually lives. I'm Mid-Atlantic and I have never seen one in my entire life. Can they run away really fast if they think you're going to splat them?

We had them in AZ and we have them in TX. And they seem more scared of us than we are of them. They scuttle pretty fast to get away from humans, but it's easy to catch them. Neither one of us has ever been stung though there was a close call involving a well camouflaged (because of our tile color) scorpion in the shower who was probably looking for water. My friend who was visiting her daughter in West TX did get stung because she stepped on a Scorpion. Her fault for running around barefoot in scorpion country. We've also had snakes in the house and we regularly get lizards and tree frogs And, sometimes, disgustingly huge wood roaches. The bug cup does get a lot of work.

Well, all threads eventually turn into talking about sex and eating. Given that this thread started with talking about sex and eating, we had to move to the next phase of evolution. And apparently, it's scorpions. So does that mean in the gossip version of Rock, Paper, Scissors that Food/Sex beats Gossip, Scorpion beats Food/Sex, and Gossip beats Scorpion?

We get scorpions in the house off and on, so we have a “bug cup” (old plastic cup) and an old greeting card on standby and just put the cup over the scorps and push the card under the scorpion and cup and flip the whole thing over so they are in the cup and then toss them in the yard. At least the ones the kitties don’t get to first. Works for other bugs too, fast and no killing involved.

ConstanceSpry, I guess I am a horrible person. Most of the scorpions I kill are outside, because I don't want them coming in to my house. I've gone scorpion hunting (as have other people in the neighborhood) in an attempt to stop the infestation. So if one gets into the house, I'm definitely not sparing its life so it can go outside, mate, and make more babies and continue to overpopulate the neighborhood.

We have bark scorpions Mo, and I'm in Las Vegas. They have one of the worst stings, especially for old people and small children. People go back and forth, some say they are native to Nevada (some scorpions are, but not the bark), but most agree that they aren't natural to our area, which is why they are such a pest, nothing kills them. They say Las Vegas got infested because during the time of massive city growth, a lot of palm trees were imported from Arizona for landscaping purposes, which has a lot of bark scorpions. Scorpions like to nest in the divets on a palm tree trunk.

Scorpions get no mercy from me. Fuckers. And I'm scared as shit about them too, I really have to fight my phobia to kill. When I first realized they were in my neighborhood I had to get a prescription for xanax to deal with it. I just had a nightmare about them the other night. Probably cuz one was in the house on Christmas, and I'm terrified for my baby.

And they can be slow, but I've seen them move fast as hell too.

We have scorpions in The Keys. One day there was one in the office and someone stepped on it. They apparently carry their babies on their backs and when the person stepped on it hundreds of baby scorpions began running all over the floor. Talk about freaking out.

Yes, they carry them on their back, and the babies are almost translucent, so you can't really tell (although with a black light the abdomen glows differently, not as bright of a green).

More stuff of my nightmares.

Another reason I will never move to Florida. Alligators, boa constrictors, giant flying roaches (palmetto, whatever you call them), and now you have confirmed they have scorpions (I never knew about the scorpions).

One of my nightmares involves moving back to the midwest, and having my home there get infested. Why? Because somehow scorpions got in the boxes I packed. ugh. maybe the nightmares are my burden for murdering them.
