They are delusional, entitled twats. At the last reunion show, Andy Cohen asked what kind of business Apollo did because viewers were confused. Both he and Phaedra hemmed, eye-rolled and sighed and used catch-phrases until Andy finally said something like 'oh, you're in collections'.
Phaedra consistently gets caught being tacky, shady, and fake all the time on the show and in interviews in general. It's hard to say that she knew for sure because despite her formal education, she is thick.
Oh, I hope that motherfucker WAS!
I can't stand this bitch! She COMPLETELY rubbed me the wrong way when she made some such dumb ass statement that "Apollo don't know good food. He was raised by white people and they only eat canned food." I would STILL like to bust that bitch in the mouff for that statement. Hey, Bitch - black people can be racist too... and you ARE! She is constantly saying shit like "oh, i gotta go pump. my baby loves this here chocolate MILK" or "Kandi gurl, we better go inside before these mosquitoes try to eat all THIS chocolate." or referring to Chuck (Smith?) as "a light-skinnned frankenstein" and referring to his dick as a "brownie bite or a cocktail weenie".. I want to slap the fucking taste out of her mouth!
thanks for that... I totes believe Angela. That bitch did her time and didn't drop the dime. Pay up, Phaedra, you dirty bitch.
I think she FINALLY had to come clean on that one....
yeah, she does. little back-biting, fat-assed, titty exposing, trick ass bitch!
And referring to her kids as "the prince" and "mr. president"? girl, please!
Kill him.
Kill her.
Kill It.
Kill everything... that IS the solution!
┌П┐(•_•)┌П┐twitchy molests my signature!

Phaedra Parks' Husband Apollo Nida Pleads Guilty in Bank Fraud Scheme
Bad news for Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks. The reality star's husband, Apollo Nida, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire, and bank fraud, the Associated Press reported Tuesday, May 6.
According to the AP, Department of Justice officials announced in a news release that Nida, 35, admitted to his involvement in a scheme worth some $2.3 million.
Federal prosecutors allege that, beginning in 2009, Nida and his co-conspirators stole and obtained checks, filed fraudulent tax returns, and made fraudulent claims against the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in at least 11 states. They are also charged with taking out phony auto loans.
The group reportedly laundered the money by stealing people's identities and opening bank accounts in their names. One of the co-conspirators, Gayla St. Julien, was arrested in September 2013, and identified Nida in connection with the crimes.
Nida was questioned by U.S. Marshals back in January. According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, he could face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million (on top of restitution). A sentencing hearing has been set for July.

Real Housewives of Atlanta's Apollo Nida Sentenced to 8 Years in Prison
The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Apollo Nida was sentenced to eight years in prison Tuesday, PEOPLE confirms.
Though Nida originally faced up to 30 years in prison for mail, wire and bank fraud, a Georgia judge granted leniency, lessening his sentence for cooperating with a federal investigation.
"On behalf of my client Apollo, right now he feels remorse. He thought the judge was fair, and accepts his sentence, although he was hoping it would be less," Nida's lawyer Thomas D. Bever tells PEOPLE exclusively.
"Apollo is elated that this proceeding is past him and is no longer handing over his head. It meant everything to him that his mother and brother spoke on his behalf. He's OK, and will get through this."
Nida, who appears on the Bravo hit with wife Phaedra Parks, was arrested in January before pleading guilty to the charges in May.
At the time, Bever told PEOPLE, "By pleading guilty, Mr. Nida admits to his conduct in the past, and accepts full responsibility for it."
These charges aren't the RHOA cast member's first brush with the law: The reality star also served time from 2004 to 2009 for auto title fraud.
Nida and Parks have two children under the age of 4, sons Dylan and Ayden.

Her husband Apollo Nida is about to serve an eight-year prison sentence.
And now Phaedra Parks has been accused of 'making a mockery' of the legal system by refusing to answer questions about his criminal activities during an evidence discovery hearing with a lawyer.
The the 41-year-old Real Housewives Of Atlanta star met with the brief as part of a dispute over a defamation lawsuit against former acquaintance Angela Stanton, which has been dragging on since September 2012.

Mockery: Phaedra Parks has been accused of ridiculing the legal process by refusing to answer questions on her husband's criminal activities during an evidence discovery meeting with a lawyer
They have been feuding since the latter authored expose Lies Of A Real Housewife, which claimed the reality television personality ran a 'criminal enterprise' similar her husbands, an accusation Parks has denied.
According to Radar she finally agreed to sit down for a deposition meeting with Stanton's lawyer, and it is claimed court documents her behaviour 'is attempting to make a mockery of the court and of the discovery process.'
It is claimed, 'Parks frequently refused to answer questions and discuss topics that have the strongest relevance to the instant case, thus thwarting truth-finding function of the discovery process and impeding "the progress of this case and possible rulings" . . . Namely, she refused to answer any questions regarding her relationship with and knowledge of the criminal activities of her husband, Apollo Nida, a man with numerous and recent convictions and financial crimes.
'This is a line of questioning that is very clearly and very obviously relevant to the ultimate question in this case, i.e. Whether a reasonable person could believe that Parks herself was involved in the sort of criminal activities described in Stanton’s book.'
'Questions regarding Parks’ knowledge of, benefit from, and participation in her husband’s criminal schemes are very obviously relevant to the issue in this case … This is particularly true given that the schemes described by Stanton in her book (insurance fraud, forgery, VIN fraud) closely resemble the financial crimes for which Mr. Nida has been convicted. Yet throughout her deposition, Parks refused outright to answer any questions regarding her husband or her knowledge of her husband’s involvement in criminal schemes.
'If they never started a family, she would have filed for divorce long ago': According to an insider, the 41-year-old mother-of-two is having to think about what's best for the couple's sons Ayden, three, and Dylan, 14 months, and while it isn't an easy decision, their welfare will 'push Phaedra to act quickly'
It is claimed she told the lawyer she would 'not be discussing my husband,' doodled as she tried to ignore questioning, though she did say she 'did not know' her husband's income came from criminal activities.
The documents also said the 'refusal to answer questions is the latest instance of Parks’ abusive and bad faith conduct in this litigation,' and also accused her of filing a frivolous lawsuit against Stanton and using her wealth to stop her tome being published.
Stanton has filed a motion to compel her, at her own expense, to 'fully participate in the discovery process by resubmitting to deposition, and by fully answering questions that are reasonably calculated to lead to discoverable evidence regarding . . . her relationship with Apollo Nida and the extent of her knowledge, benefit from, ad/or participation in his criminal activity.
According to In Touch Weekly, she 'wants to leave him' after he was convicted of federal bank fraud and identity theft and sentenced to almost a decade in the slammer on July 8.
'If they never started a family, she would have filed for divorce long ago,' the publication reports
an insider as saying. 'But this is going to push Phaedra to act quickly.'

Not-so-happily ever after: The couple married in 2009, shortly after the 35-year-old personal trainer was released having served six years in jail for car theft, and welcomed their boys not long after - seen here with oldest child Ayden in November 2011
The entertainment attorney and the 35-year-old personal trainer are parents to two young sons
- Ayden, three, and Dylan, 14 months - and despite wanting to keep her family together for the
sake of the children, she's reportedly had enough of her husband's criminal activities.
Of course, the couple married on November 1, 2009 - only a short time after Apollo was released from jail having spent six years behind bars for car theft.
Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that the troubled reality star, who regularly appeared alongside his
wife on the hit series, will have to cough up close to $1.9 million in restitution after being convicted
of cashing stolen cheques and laundering more than $2.3 million.
Documents obtained by the website have the figure broken down between six beneficiaries: JP Morgan Chase will get $828,300; the IRS gets $127,011; the State Of Connecticut will be repaid $45,525; the State Of Texas is claiming $39,275; Delta Airlines seeks $24,985; while the State Of California is owed $15,778.

Time to pay up! The reality star will have to cough up close to $1.9 million in restitution after being convicted of cashing stolen cheques and laundering more than $2.3 million
Phaedra Parks reportedly did not attend her husband's sentencing, though his mother and brother were present in the US District Court in Georgia.
Nida initially faced up to 30 years in prison, but reportedly had his sentence cut after coorperating with federal investigators by revealing important evidence in the case.
Judge Charles Pannell presided over the case that included identity theft and money laundering.
According to various reports, Nida used the identities he stole from more than 50 people to set up bank accounts in which to launder the money, cashing US Treasury cheques as well as cheques from the Delta Airlines pension fund and fraudulent US income tax returns.

Rap sheet: Nida has a history of offences, including DUI arrests
The Atlanta Journal Constitution reported that Assistant US Attorney Alana Black detailed the father-of-two's scheme to Judge Pannell, explaining how he set up a fake debt collection agency in order to gain personal information of the people whose IDs he stole.
He then reportedly found unclaimed funds and refunds from the US Department Of Housing and Urban Development and syphoned them into the new bank accounts, which co-conspirator Gayla St Julien reportedly set up and deposited.
A fake auto dealership was also established in which Nida set up loans for non-existent vehicles.
The sentencing comes after Nida asked the court to lower his Criminal History Category from the more serious V to a IV, RadarOnline reported earlier this week.
Apollo - who has been plagued with legal trouble since his early 20s - could have got as many as 30 years in prison.
'A criminal history category of V substantially overstates the seriousness of Mr. Nida’s criminal past, thus warranting a departure from the Guidelines range,' attorneys from the firm of Chilivis, Cochran, Larkins & Bever LLP stated in court documents filed on Thursday.
His lawyers, however, pointed out that several of Apollo's offences including driving under the influence, giving a false name to police and three probation revocations all occurred when he was between 19 and 23 years old.

Family man: Nida pictured with his wife and two children in November
'Mr. Nida’s lengthy but early small-time criminal history is simply not in the same league as the “violent offenders, drug kingpins and perpetrators of far more serious offenses” that Criminal History Category V was designed to address,' Apollo's attorneys went on explain.
Meanwhile, Radar also reports that the star's 4,687 square foot property was sold for just $2,800 on May 6.
However he has hardly taken the biggest loss on the deal, for according to Radar he originally purchased the Atlanta house for a mere $9,000 in 2010.
Court documents showed the Sheriff’s department held the sale to pay towards 'taxes owed, the interest and penalties on said taxes, and the expenses of the sale, all of which were mature and payable because of failure to pay same interest and penalties on said taxes.'
Apollo showed some remorse at a May court hearing.
‘I take full responsibility for my actions. It was a dumb situation I put myself in,' he said in court. 'I got sucked in and engulfed and lost sight of things. It’s my fault at the end of the day.'

Is it wrong that this just tickles me? Phaedra has just always been such a fake hoity toity twat. And after pulling the whole "I wont talk about it, you'll all see the truth that he's innocent when it goes to court" shtick on the reunion just makes me laugh. Yep. We see the truth. Just what we suspected.
"Shopping tip: You can get shoes for a buck at the bowling alley."
I think that a) she knew b) they both did shit c) he took the fall so she doesn't get charged.
I know a couple, she's a barrister & he's a shady con artist; when I spoke to her to tell her to keep her shady husband away from my partner & his business (at his request), she got hysterical & I spent the afternoon having 863895 calls from them trying to convince me that he wasn't a shady bastard. I see parallels here.
Plus he's only got around a QUARTER of the possible sentance with very similar previous convictions? Guy took a deal, his partners have already had the knock on their doors....

Will Apollo Nida and Phaedra Parks’ marriage outlast his upcoming eight-year prison stint? After Nida admitted to RadarOnline.com that he and Parks were having “issues” in their marriage, Radar has learned that she slammed him for visiting strip clubs in new court filings.
Parks made the explosive claims in a new deposition for her defamation case against Angela Stanton, an acquaintance who wrote a book about her, Lies of a Real Housewife.
Court documents obtained by Radar state that when she was asked whether her husband Nida could have met Stanton, she claimed, “I mean, she’s a stripper. She was a stripper. And you know, my husband obviously has been one to frequent strip clubs.”
Yet another bizarre line of interrogation called into question her familiarity with her husband’s genitals, and Parks seemed to suggest she hadn’t seen them for a while.

Asked whether Nida has only one testicle — a claim Stanton makes in the book — Parks responded, “The last time I saw it, he had two.”
Beyond those comments, Parks declined to speak about her husband, as Radar has reported, but she made several off-the-cuff remarks about herself.
When attorneys asked if she had attended burial services for one of Stanton’s family members, Parks said, “I’m intrigued by funerals. Yes, I do like them.”
Parks’ alleged reluctance to answer questions about trickier questions, like the criminal enterprise that earned Nida eight years in prison for fraud, had Stanton’s lawyers slamming her for “thwarting” justice and making “a mockery of the court.” Now, they’ve asked a judge to require her to sit for another deposition — at her own expense.

My semi-shady ex had a drug dealing trash bag good friend who was married to a corp. law attorney. He eventually went to the can for dealing coke- she was given a suspended sentence for conspiracy (and later disbarred).
I saw her become physically violent when confronted with the fact that her man was a loser.
Glad it's not just my experience, NeedsMeds, I thought the whole situation hinky & eventually turned my phone off to stop the calls. I've never seen either of them since, in fact she changed her hairdresser so she didn't have to see me.
